01 What we do

We don’t sell transformation. We help you pick one workflow, check it against the law and your data, and then put something to work on your team’s real tasks.

02 How we work

Three steps. Each ends in a decision.

  1. Free discovery

    We talk to the people who run the work. We assess how ready the company is for AI, map your obligations under GDPR and the AI Act, and list the possible use cases.

  2. A pilot on one workflow

    We pick one named workflow and measure it before we start. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before any work begins.

  3. Measure and decide

    We compare the result with the baseline and decide together: expand, adjust or stop. Any of those is a good answer.

Discovery

Short, focused work that leaves you knowing where to start and what to avoid.

  • AI readiness: your data, processes, people, and the tools you already use.
  • Obligations map: GDPR and the guidance of UODO, Poland’s data protection authority, plus your duties as a deployer of AI systems under the AI Act.
  • A use-case inventory, with the value and the risk of each.
  • A recommendation for one pilot, or an honest “not yet” if the conditions aren’t there.

You get: a written summary that stays with you.

Paid

Pilot

One solution on one workflow, running on real data, and measured.

  • One named workflow, such as handling quote requests, not “AI in sales”.
  • A baseline measured before we start: time, error count, or another measure we choose together.
  • Data processed in EU member states.
  • Documentation: what the system does, what data it uses, where its limits are, and who is responsible for it.

You get: a working solution, its result against the baseline, and a recommendation for what comes next.

We quote the pilot after discovery, once the scope is clear. We are not a law firm: we map your obligations and work with your lawyer, but we do not give legal opinions.

A small firm with more than 15 AI projects

Mokotów Partners is a small advisory firm. We build solutions fitted to one workflow and one team, not off-the-shelf packages.

Our partners have worked on more than 15 AI projects in the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and Poland. That work taught us where AI saves real time, and where a person still needs to stay in the loop. We don’t name clients without their consent.

We work in a plain order: check first, build second, measure at the end. You deal with the person doing the work, from the first conversation to the last measurement.
